Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Issues
For Internet Banking, please make sure that you transfer using your name/nick. For ATM transfer please state clearly the reference number, date and time. No order will be taken if we cannot track your transaction.
* Will only accept DBS/POSB transfer.
* No interbank transfers
* For other transfer types, please email us for directions.
* Please pay ASAP after submission of order form.
* Delays for more than 24 hrs will render the submitted form void.

2. Ordering Issues
* No payment = No order
* For any change to your order, please submit a new order form indicating the changes made.
* For out of stock orders(OOS), please do not order.
* An acknowledgement email will be sent upon verification of submitted form with payment made.
* No changing of orders upon receiving acknowledgement email from Jwade.
* Goods will be send out ASAP thereafter the confirmation email.
* Please follow the format stated on the order form.



3. Postage and handling Issues
* Handling fee will be at $0.50 per client.

For normal postage charge,
1-2 units = S$0.50
3-6 units = S$1.00
7-13 units = S$1.50
13-23 units = S$2.55
23-40 units = S$3.35

Registered mail will be an additional SG$2.24 + normal postage charge.
Should you require additional protective packing materials(e.g.bubble wrap), cost will have to be borne by clients themselves.



4. Distribution of items:
By mail. Jwade will not be held responsible for any lost mail.
Clients ordering more than 50 units may opt for meet-up at no handling charge to Jwade's convenience. All distributions are restricted to within Singapore only.

Modes of obtaining goods:
a) Normal Mail(less or equals 10 units) ~ Item Price + Local Postage + Handling Fee [$0.50]
b) Registered Mail(less or equals 10 units) ~ Item Price + Local Postage + Registered [S$2.24] + Handling Fee [$0.50]
c) Normal Mail(more than 10 units) ~ Item Price + Handling Fee [$0.50]
d) Registered Mail(more than 10 units) ~ Item Price + Registered [S$2.24] + Handling Fee [$0.50]
e) Meetup(only applies to more than 50 units) ~ Item Price

Question & Answer Section

Can I know if there is a closing date to order the masks?
There's no closing date. It's a 24 hours online beauty store. Consistently ready stocks are available.

Are the masks instock? Once payment is in, items will be mailed out?
The masks are instock. Once payment is in, items will be mailed out the next available working day.

How would I know if my order form has been submitted and mailing done?
You will receive an updated mail stating the date and time of mail-out. Waiting time of this mail spans 1 to 48 hours. Our staffs will send out your masks ASAP and email you a confirmation note thereafter.

Can I know if the masks will be wrapped with bubble wrap?
Usually, the masks are bundled up and sealed in a thick envelope. Our previous clients have received their goods in good condition. Shouldn’t be a problem if you are opting for normal postage though registered mails are highly recommended. Or you may opt for super good protective bubble wrap envelope which client has to top-up an additional $0.80.

What are the locations for meet-ups?
Please send in the order form with the correct address and payment made so that parcels are send to the correct place. For purchase more than 10 units, the normal postage will be paid by Jwade. For purchase less than 10 units, noramal postage will be borne by customer themselves. Registered mail will be an additional SG$2.24 + normal postage charge. Customers will have to fork out an additional SG $2.24 for registered parcel. In general, meet-up locations are as follow: Boon Lay, Hougang, Woodlands, Sembawang and Admiralty. For other areas, please email us for direction. Please note that meet-up applies only for a purchase of minimum 50 units.

How long can I keep the masks for?
Life span of product is 2-3 years. In general, all masks manufactured in late 2007 or early 2008.

How will I be receiving the updates?
By emails and/or this website. Kindly bookmark this website for updates.
